Find Your Strengths.
Chart Your Path.
Catalyst Edge is a free, five-session program that helps underprivileged high school students in Indianapolis discover what they are naturally great at — and use that to pick the right subjects, plan for college, and build a future on their own terms.
Five sessions. One clear direction.
Each session builds on the last. By session five, you walk away with a personal Catalyst Edge card — a one-page map of your strengths, interests, communication style, and the subjects that set you up for college success.
-
Discover Your Natural Talents
CliftonStrengths for Students (Gallup)
You complete a 30-minute talent assessment that identifies your top five natural strengths out of 34 possible themes. This is your foundation — the things you are naturally wired to do well.
-
Map Your Interests to Careers
Holland Code / RIASEC (Free via My Next Move)
You explore which career clusters match your genuine interests — whether that is building things, helping people, solving analytical problems, or creating. This session connects your natural talents to the subjects and fields that will feel meaningful, not just doable.
-
Understand How You Work With Others
DISC Behavioral Assessment
You learn your communication and teamwork style — whether you lead, collaborate, analyze, or support. This helps you understand how you study best, how you handle pressure, and what kind of college environment will bring out your best work.
-
Match Strengths to Subjects
Personalized Strength-to-Subject Mapping
Together, we translate all three assessments into concrete subject recommendations. If your top strength is Analytical and your Holland Code is Investigative, STEM and data science align. If your strength is Empathy and your code is Social, healthcare and counseling align. No more guessing.
-
Your Personal Catalyst Edge Card
Your one-page plan for college and beyond
You leave with a printed, personalized Catalyst Edge card — your top five strengths, your Holland Code cluster, your DISC style, your recommended subjects, your college focus areas, and one development goal to work toward. It is yours to keep, share with counselors, and reference throughout high school.
Three validated assessments.

What students are saying.
From Indianapolis high school students who went through the Catalyst Edge program.
★★★★★"Before Catalyst Edge, I had no idea what I wanted to study. I just picked classes because my friends picked them. After the CliftonStrengths session, I found out my top strength is Empathy and my second is Learner. My counselor had been telling me to look at nursing for years — now I actually understand why. I am applying to IUPUI's nursing program."
★★★★★"I thought I was bad at school. What Catalyst Edge showed me is that I am not bad at school — I just learn differently. My Holland Code is Realistic and Investigative. Now I am taking engineering electives and I actually like going to class. My GPA went up a full point this semester."
★★★★★"Nobody in my family has gone to college. I did not even know how to start thinking about it. Sruthi sat with me for five weeks and helped me figure out that I am strong in communication and leadership — she called it my DISC style. I am now looking at business programs and I actually feel confident about it."
★★★★★"The Catalyst Edge card I got at the end is something I carry everywhere. I showed it to my mom and she cried. She said no one ever told her what she was good at when she was in school. I keep it in my planner. It reminds me I actually have strengths — I just needed someone to help me see them."
★★★★★"I always loved science but I felt like medicine was for other people, not me. Catalyst Edge helped me realize my Analytical and Futuristic strengths are exactly what a pre-med student needs. I am taking AP Biology now and actually understanding it. Sruthi made me feel like college is something I can actually do."
★★★★★"The best part was finding out I am not behind — I just have not had the right tools. My top strengths are Strategic and Competition. Sruthi explained that means I am built for problem-solving under pressure. I am now seriously looking at computer science. I had no idea that was a fit for someone like me."
Hi, I am Sruthi Khanna.
I am a Senior Technical Program Manager with over 12 years of experience leading complex, high-stakes programs across healthcare, technology, and enterprise operations. I have aligned teams of 60+ people, delivered 30+ production deployments with zero critical incidents, and built program governance systems from scratch.
Catalyst Edge started because I believe the same analytical tools that help organizations understand where they perform best work just as powerfully for people — especially young people who have never had access to this kind of structured self-discovery.
Growing up, I did not have someone sit down with me and say: here is what you are naturally good at, here is where that takes you, and here is how to build the rest. I want every student in Indianapolis — especially those in underserved communities — to have that conversation before they graduate.
Catalyst Edge is free, evidence-based, and built around the same validated assessment frameworks used by university career centers across the country.
